Shipping

Where do you ship to?
We currently offer shipping anywhere in Canada. We aren’t able to ship internationally at this time.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we can ship to any Canadian PO boxes.

Can I track my order?
Yes, all of our shipping is processed by Canada Post. You may track your items with the tracking number provided in the email shipping confirmation of your order.

What are your estimated shipping times?
Orders are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. Estimated shipping times vary from destination to destination but be displayed in your shipping confirmation email. You can also verify the estimated shipping times with the Delivery Standards Tool provided by Canada Post.

When will my order be ready for in-store pickup?
Orders for in-store pickup are typically prepped and ready for pickup within 3 business days.

Can I ship my order to someone else?
Yes, the shipping address may be different from the billing address.

Can I change my address after my order is placed?
Yes, we can change any of your shipping details up until the moment we ship your order. Please contact us as soon as possible. For security purposes all requests to change shipping details must be made through the email address associated with your account .

I selected ‘in store pickup’ but I want my order shipped instead, how do I change that?
You’ll need to get in touch with us to make that change. Please contact us at Orders@AuSommet.ca via the email address associated with your account to make your request. Please include the address you would like your order shipped to. Shipping charges will be applied according to our shipping policy.

Returns 

What is your return policy?
Au Sommet offers a 30 day return policy for all online purchases for refund or store credit depending on the discount at which your purchase was made. All products must be unworn, unopened, and in original condition.

All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. Au Sommet does not offer returns or exchanges on undergarments, swimwear, or products that are damaged or have been worn.

Where do I find my order number?
Your order number is provided at checkout as well as in the email confirmation of your purchase. You may also find your order number under your order history once you are logged into your account on AuSommet.ca.

Can I cancel my order?

Why doesn’t my promo code work?
