Shipping

Where do you ship to?
We ship to Canadian addresses only.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we ship to Canadian PO boxes.

Can I track my order? 
Yes, you may track your items with the Canada Post tracking number provided in the email shipping confirmation of your order.

What are your estimated shipping times?
The estimated shipping time will be displayed in the email shipping confirmation of your order. You can also verify the estimated shipping times with the Delivery Standard Tool provided by Canada Post.

Can I ship my order to someone else?
Yes, the shipping address may be different from the billing address.

Returns 

What is your return policy?
Au Sommet offers a 30 day return policy for all online purchases. In order to qualify for a refund, please include your sales receipt in the parcel. All products must be unworn, unopened, and in original condition.

If you wish to return item(s) that were discounted at the time of purchase, shipping charges will apply.

All returns will be processed back to the original method of payment. Au Sommet does not offer returns or exchanges on undergarments, swimwear, or products that are damaged or have been worn. If you have questions regarding a warranty or quality issue for your product, please contact customer service by email at orders@tnfmontreal.com or by calling 1-514-489-1517. Please do not attempt to contact the manufacturer directly.


What is your return procedure?
For your convenience, we offer two methods of return procedures. You may return your item(s) in-store at one of our store locations. You may also ship the item(s) back to us from your local Canada Post outlet by following these steps;

1.Request a return
Request a return by emailing customer service at orders@tnfmontreal.com. In your email, please include your order number and list the items you would like to return.

2.Packing
You may use the original packaging or you may pack the items in a new package. Be sure that the items are well wrapped for their journey and have their original tags attached.

3.Shipping
Please attach the provided Canada Post shipping label to the package and drop it off at the nearest Canada Post outlet. To find the nearest Canada Post outlet click here.

4.Receive your refund
Once we receive the item(s), we will process your refund through the original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note that there may be a delay before your refund is fully processed by your financial institution.


    Can I return my items in store?
    Yes, you may return your item(s) at either of our store locations.

    Where do I find my order number?
    Your order number is provided at checkout as well as in the email confirmation of your purchase. You may also find your order number under your order history once you are logged into your account on ausommet.ca.

    Which methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX and PayPal.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Can I modify my order?
    You may modify your order if your item(s) have not been shipped yet. You may do so by contacting customer service by email at orders@tnfmontreal.com or by calling 1-514-489-1517.

    Why does my promo code not work on the entire order?
    Certain promo codes apply to select items only, therefore the discount may not apply to your entire purchase. For any other troubleshooting issues, please contact customer service by email at orders@tnfmontreal.com or by calling 1-514-489-1517.

    Do you accept gift cards?
    Yes, we accept Au Sommet gift cards only.

    Do you price match?
    We will match the price of a product if you find the exact size and colour product at a lower price on another Canadian website. Please have the link to the item in question in hand and contact customer service by email at orders@tnfmontreal.com or by calling 1-514-489-1517.

    Do you price adjust?
    If the price of an item that you purchased on the website lowers in the following 7 days from your date of purchase, we will adjust the price. Please have your order number in hand and contact customer service by email at orders@tnfmontreal.com or by calling 1-514-489-1517.
