Online Return Policy – Worry Free Returns!

Change your mind about your purchase? Did you buy the wrong gift? Are you dissatisfied with the product? No problem!

Au Sommet offers a 30 day return policy for all online purchases. In order to qualify for a refund, please include your Sales Receipt in the parcel. All products must be unworn, unopened, and in original condition.

If we receive your return after the 30 day time period or if the product is discounted by 30% or more, the return will go onto a Au Sommet gift card that will be sent to the shipping address on file.

All other returns will be processed back to the original method of payment. Au Sommet does not offer returns or exchanges on undergarments, swimwear, or products that are worn or damaged. If you have a question regarding a warranty or quality issue for your product, please contact Customer Service at 1-514-489-1517 or by email at orders@tnfmontreal.com. Please do not attempt to contact the manufacturer directly.

Online purchases may also be returned or exchanged at any Au Sommet retail location along with a copy of the Sales Receipt. Please note that if you send your return back to the Au Sommet Online Store via Canada post, we will only process your return once the parcel has been received at Au Sommet.



Online Exchange Policy:

If you would like to exchange a product you have received, please contact the Customer Service Department at 1-514-489-1517 or by email at orders@tnfmontreal.com. All exchanges are pending stock availability of the item(s) you request and we cannot guarantee the item you request will be in stock.



Online Return Process:

To send your item(s) back to Au Sommet, please attach the prepaid Canada Post Return to Sender label that was included in your parcel to the outside of the box. You can contact Canada Post at

to schedule a pick up or you can drop your parcel off at your local Canada Post Office.Once we receive your parcel, we will process the return within 2 business days. If the order is set up as an exchange, the outgoing product will be sent within 2 business days pending availability.

Original shipping fees will not be refunded.



In Store Return/Exchange Policy:

Products purchased at regular price may be returned with the receipt within 14 days for a refund. For products that are returned after 14 days, a store credit will be issued. Merchandise that is discounted by 30% off or more may be returned with the receipt for an exchange or a store credit within 14 days of purchase.

There will be no refunds or exchanges on items without a receipt. All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Au Sommet does not offer returns or exchanges on undergarments, swimwear, or products that are worn or damaged.
